Werner Aero has acquired an Airbus A320-200 (MSN 3282) from Aero Capital Solutions to expand its A320 aftermarket inventory and strengthen support for airlines, lessors and MRO providers worldwide. The aircraft is currently located at Teesside International Airport in the United Kingdom and will be disassembled for asset recovery.
The acquisition will enable Werner Aero to increase its inventory of serviceable A320 Family components, whilst recovered parts will be inspected, certified and made available to meet ongoing demand from operators of Airbus narrowbody aircraft.
“We are pleased to continue expanding our Airbus A320 platform inventory through this acquisition,” said Tony Kondo, President and CEO of Werner Aero. He further highlights, “This aircraft represents another important investment in our ability to deliver quality components with the responsiveness, reliability, and customer service our partners have come to expect from Werner Aero.”

The latest acquisition reflects continued demand for serviceable Airbus A320 components as airlines and MRO organisations seek to maximize fleet availability through certified aftermarket parts and asset recovery programmes.
