Executive Jet Support (EJS) has expanded its aircraft portfolio with the acquisition of an Airbus A319 from FTAI Aviation, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the global aviation aftermarket through increased component availability.
The newly acquired aircraft, Airbus A319 manufacturer serial number (MSN) 1645, will be transferred to the ALL4JETS facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland, where it will undergo dismantling. The process is aimed at recovering high-quality, serviceable components for redistribution to operators and maintenance providers worldwide.
EJS said the transaction highlights its growing relationship with FTAI Aviation, one of the industry’s leading aircraft and engine lessors. The company noted that the continued collaboration reflects the trust built between the two organizations and provides a strong foundation for future opportunities.
By adding the Airbus A319 to its portfolio, EJS will further strengthen its inventory of aircraft components, improving parts availability for customers while supporting the aviation industry’s demand for reliable aftermarket solutions.
The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding its component stock and delivering premium support services to airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and aircraft operators across the global market.
