C&L Aerospace to
sell REX Airlines’
Boeing 737
Inventory The Hub of
The sale arises due to REX Airlines entering
administration, resulting in their Boeing Business Aviation
737 fleet being decommissioned and the
associated inventory becoming available.
&L Aerospace has announced the execution of a 10 - 12 DECEMBER 2024
Csales agreement for Boeing 737 Next Generation
(737NG) inventory previously owned by REX Airlines, DWC, Dubai Airshow Site
facilitated through Ernst & Young.
The inventory includes a range of critical compo-
nents such as a CFM56-7 engine, an auxiliary power In Association with
unit (APU), landing gear assemblies, and various other
high-demand parts intended for the support of REX’s
now-grounded fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The
sale arises due to REX Airlines entering administration,
resulting in their Boeing 737 fleet being decommis-
sioned and the associated inventory becoming avail-
able.
Chris Kilgour, CEO, C&L Aviation Group, said, “With
our roots in Australia, we have a long-standing relation-
ship with REX, it was a natural fit for C&L to handle the
disposal of these assets. With more than 5,000 active
737NG aircraft in operation globally, this inventory is
highly sought after.”
The inventory, encompassing over 100,000 individual
parts, will be marketed through C&L’s global sales net-
work and will be available for inspection and purchase
at their Bangor, Maine facility within the upcoming
weeks. The parts are to be listed for sale on ILS, Parts-
Base, and Aeroxchange platforms
