Airhub Aviation selects MRO-PRO to digitise line maintenance operations

Airhub Aviation, a subsidiary of Lithuania-based GetJet Group, has selected AI-driven aircraft maintenance software specialist MRO-PRO to support the management and coordination of its line maintenance operations.

The agreement expands MRO-PRO’s presence in the aviation MRO market as operators increasingly adopt digital tools to improve maintenance planning, operational visibility and workflow efficiency.

Through the platform, Airhub Aviation will have access to a centralised digital environment designed to improve coordination across its maintenance activities, while reducing administrative workload and providing greater visibility into MRO processes.

Romas Žakys, Chief Technical Officer at Airhub Aviation, said the company expects MRO-PRO’s AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and support its long-term growth objectives.

MRO-PRO founder and Managing Director Scott Wells said the partnership demonstrates the growing relevance of AI-driven tools across the MRO sector, particularly in handling the large volumes of information generated during aircraft maintenance checks.

Alongside the Airhub Aviation agreement, MRO-PRO is expanding its platform with a new Customer Portal and Intelligent Workpack Import (IWI) function.

The Customer Portal provides MRO customers with a dedicated digital interface for accessing maintenance information, monitoring work in progress, and collaborating on associated documentation. The capability is designed to improve transparency between MRO providers and their customers while reducing reliance on fragmented communication channels.

The IWI function uses AI-driven document processing to extract and structure information from incoming workpacks. This allows MRO organisations to convert unstructured maintenance documentation into usable digital data while reducing manual data-entry requirements.

According to MRO-PRO, the two capabilities form part of its wider product development strategy focused on automation, AI-assisted workflows and improved collaboration between MRO providers and their customers.
