Verdantis, an artificial intelligence company focused on spare parts and MRO inventory optimisation, has unveiled a new brand identity and announced plans to develop a fully AI-native Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.
The company is positioning itself as an “AI Super-agent for MRO”, targeting maintenance, reliability and MRO supply chain teams across asset-intensive industries including oil and gas, mining, utilities, chemicals and manufacturing.
At the core of Verdantis’ strategy is a super-agent architecture that coordinates nine specialised AI agents covering key maintenance and inventory decisions, including spare parts management, asset criticality, demand forecasting, replenishment and work order planning.
According to Verdantis, these decisions directly influence working capital, maintenance costs and asset uptime, but are still frequently managed through spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Its AI-native approach is designed to allow agents to make and execute decisions while human teams supervise, override and train the system.

The company’s new tagline, “Anticipate. Resolve. Learn.”, reflects this approach. Human interventions and overrides are used as feedback to continuously improve the system’s decision-making capabilities.
“Anticipation without resolution is analytics. Resolution without learning is automation. The three together are an agent, and that is what industrial teams need,” said Kumar Gaurav Gupta, CEO of Verdantis.
Verdantis’ flagship MRO360 platform will serve as the foundation for its EAM roadmap, expanding agentic decision-making beyond inventory optimisation into work order planning and maintenance execution. The company’s Verdantis MDM Suite, comprising Harmonize and Integrity, will continue to provide a governed data foundation for its AI agents and will remain available as a standalone offering.
The company is also rolling out a redesigned “V” logo and navy-and-orange visual identity across its digital platforms, product interfaces, and events from August 2026.
