ST Engineering has named Eng Guan Tay as Executive Vice President and Head of MRO Services, effective October 1, 2026, placing its airframe, engine, component, and nacelle MRO businesses under his leadership.
Tay will oversee ST Engineering’s Airframe, Engine, Component and Nacelle Services, bringing the company’s MRO capabilities together under a single leadership structure. The role covers a broad portfolio of maintenance and repair activities supporting commercial aircraft operators, lessors and other aviation customers.
The appointment supports ST Engineering’s strategy to strengthen its MRO offering as part of its broader Aviation Lifecycle Solution, with the company seeking to integrate its capabilities and provide customers with a wider range of lifecycle support services.
Tay previously served as SVP and Head of Engine Services at ST Engineering, where he oversaw the company’s engine MRO activities and customer programmes. His experience in engine services will now extend across the wider MRO organisation.
