S&K Aerospace, LLC (SKA) has secured a $4.3 billion US Air Force Parts and Repair Ordering System 7 (PROS 7) contract to provide supply, repair, and logistics support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers worldwide.
The single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will enable S&K Aerospace to serve as a US Government source for eligible supply, maintenance, and task-order requirements supporting US Air Force, Army and Navy FMS customers.
PROS is designed to address non-standard, obsolete, and difficult-to-support items that cannot be supplied through traditional US Government sources within the required timeframe or at an efficient cost. Under PROS 7, S&K will provide sourcing, repair, and logistics services for these requirements.
The contract includes a one-year base period and nine one-year option periods, providing a maximum 10-year ordering period, followed by a three-year closeout period. Key objectives include timely requisition processing, competitive pricing, quality materiel, customer support and effective programme management.
The award builds on S&K Aerospace’s experience supporting the PROS mission through the previous PROS IV and PROS V programmes. Over more than 15 years, the company has developed capabilities in sourcing and repairing ageing, obsolete and difficult-to-support aerospace components for international customers.

S&K Aerospace President Tony Amadeo said the PROS 7 award reflects the work of teams across business development and proposals, pricing, contracts, HR, IT, quality, technical and operations functions. He also credited the company’s previous PROS teams for establishing customer and supplier relationships that supported the latest contract win.
The new contract will allow S&K Aerospace to build on its existing PROS capabilities while further developing its processes, technology and supplier network.
Dave Rariden, General Manager of S&K’s Aerospace Business Unit, said PROS 7 will extend the company’s involvement in the programme and reflects years of consistent execution by its employees and relationships with customers and suppliers.
Melanie Brooks, Director of PROS, highlighted the team’s experience in handling thousands of complex supply and repair requirements and said the new contract will provide a foundation for further development of the programme.
S&K Aerospace is a subsidiary of S&K Technologies, Inc., which is owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT). The company said the contract is expected to contribute to long-term economic value for its Tribal shareholder while supporting community programmes and services.
