Milestone Aviation Group has signed long-term lease extensions with Air Center Helicopters for 11 Airbus H225 helicopters, keeping the aircraft in operation through June 2033.
The extensions commence in May 2027 and cover helicopters currently supporting government, utility and other mission-critical operations across the United States and at strategic locations worldwide.
Air Center is the largest H225 operator in the Americas, deploying the helicopters for U.S. government agencies, strategic programmes, airlift operations, space mission recovery and personnel transportation. The aircraft’s continued availability is central to these demanding missions, where maintenance planning and reliable technical support are important to operational readiness.
The extended lease terms provide Air Center with continued access to its H225 fleet through its existing customer contract periods and beyond. For fleet support providers, long-term operation of these aircraft requires ongoing airworthiness management, scheduled maintenance, component support and parts availability throughout the lease period.
Sebastien Moulin, Chief Commercial Officer at Milestone, said the agreements strengthen the companies’ longstanding relationship and reflect the H225’s continued value in complex operations.

“Air Center’s relationship with Milestone is vital to our success, and we are reassured that these latest lease amendments will enable us to continue to provide unparalleled performance to our customers with the uniquely capable H225 aircraft,” said Chris Dalton, Air Center’s Chief Operating Officer. “Milestone’s flexibility and cooperation make them a vital strategic partner, and securing this continued partnership keeps Air Center’s most critical assets in place through all of our current contract terms and beyond.”
The extensions reinforce the role of leasing in supporting long-term helicopter operations, while maintaining an established H225 fleet for government and specialist mission requirements.
