The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG has reappointed three members of the company’s Executive Board, extending the mandates of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Grazia Vittadini, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dr. Till Streichert and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Dieter Vranckx.
Vittadini has been appointed for another three-year term through June 30, 2030. She has served on the Executive Board since 2024 and is responsible for Technology, IT and Innovation. Her remit places technology and digital systems among the areas of continued executive responsibility at Lufthansa Group, including functions that increasingly support airline operations and fleet-related processes.
Streichert has been reappointed for five years through September 14, 2032. As CFO, he oversees Finance, including Controlling and Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting and Financial Statements, Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relations.

Vranckx has also received a five-year extension through June 30, 2032. As CCO, he is responsible for areas including the Group’s commercial customer offering, customer journey, sales and marketing.
The appointments maintain continuity across three functions that influence Lufthansa Group’s wider aviation operations, from technology and digital infrastructure to financial planning and commercial strategy. Vittadini’s technology portfolio is the most directly relevant to MRO BT, particularly as digital systems and IT become increasingly integrated into aircraft operations and maintenance environments.
