International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) has officially opened two new narrowbody aircraft hangars at its facility in Fort Worth, Texas, marking another expansion milestone for the company’s aircraft coatings and MRO-related capabilities.
The new hangars were formally inaugurated during a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by customers, partners, employees, and other industry stakeholders.
The addition of two narrowbody hangars strengthens IAC’s operational footprint in Fort Worth and expands the company’s capacity to support aircraft requiring specialised coatings and related services.
The facility expansion comes as airlines and aircraft operators continue to place emphasis on maintaining aircraft appearance and protecting airframes through scheduled maintenance and refurbishment programmes.
For MRO providers, dedicated hangar infrastructure is increasingly important as fleets grow and operators seek greater access to specialised aircraft services without adding unnecessary downtime to maintenance schedules.
IAC said the opening represents an important milestone in its continued growth and expansion.
