Embraer and UAE-based Strata Manufacturing have signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to explore the supply of advanced composite aerostructures for Embraer’s commercial aircraft programmes, expanding their collaboration and strengthening aerospace manufacturing ties between Brazil and the United Arab Emirates.
Signed during the Farnborough International Airshow, the agreement establishes a framework to assess Strata’s potential participation in Embraer’s E2 commercial aircraft family through a phased evaluation covering technical, commercial and contractual requirements.
The companies will also explore opportunities to extend the partnership across additional Embraer aircraft platforms as part of their broader collaboration.
The agreement combines Embraer’s expertise in commercial aircraft manufacturing with Strata’s advanced composite manufacturing capabilities, with the aim of enhancing supply chain resilience and supporting the development of next-generation aerostructure technologies.
