Airhub Aviation secures B737 MAX line maintenance approval for MRO and CAMO

Airhub Aviation has received Boeing 737 MAX Line Maintenance approval for both its MRO and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) operations from the Transport Competence Agency of the Republic of Lithuania, marking a significant expansion of the company’s Maintenance Organization Certificate and technical service capabilities.

The approval represents an important strategic milestone for Airhub Aviation as the company continues broadening its support capabilities to align with the evolving requirements of modern commercial aircraft fleets, particularly the rapidly expanding Boeing 737 MAX platform.

Historically, Airhub Aviation has built a strong reputation supporting mid- to end-of-life aircraft through a range of technical, maintenance, and asset management services. However, the company noted that changing market dynamics and increasing demand for next-generation aircraft support are driving the expansion of its operational and technical portfolio.

With the new approval, Airhub Aviation will now be able to provide line maintenance and CAMO support services for Boeing 737 MAX operators, strengthening its position within the growing narrow-body aircraft aftermarket and fleet support segment.

The company stated that the certification reflects the dedication and technical expertise of its teams, as well as close cooperation across operational and regulatory functions. It also highlights Airhub Aviation’s ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions while maintaining compliance with stringent aviation safety and quality standards.

The expansion into Boeing 737 MAX support services comes at a time when airlines worldwide are increasingly modernising fleets with more fuel-efficient and technologically advanced aircraft types. As global Boeing 737 MAX fleet numbers continue to rise, demand for specialised maintenance, technical support, and continuing airworthiness management capabilities is also expected to grow significantly.

Airhub Aviation said the latest approval will further strengthen its ability to provide efficient, reliable, and high-quality aviation support services to operators while expanding deeper into next-generation aircraft technologies and advanced MRO capabilities.

The development also reflects a broader trend within the aviation maintenance sector, where MRO providers traditionally focused on ageing aircraft platforms are increasingly diversifying into support for newer-generation fleets in response to shifting airline fleet strategies and evolving aftermarket opportunities.
