GA Telesis has acquired three Airbus A320neo aircraft powered by CFM International LEAP-1A engines as it expands its supply of used serviceable material (USM) for the global aviation aftermarket.
The company plans to acquire two additional A320neo aircraft before the end of 2026, bringing its planned acquisitions for the year to five aircraft. The move is expected to strengthen its inventory of next-generation aircraft components as demand for replacement parts continues to grow.
The newly acquired aircraft are among the early A320neos to enter the disassembly market, providing access to a range of serviceable components, including engine nacelles, landing gear and other aircraft parts. These materials can support airlines and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers seeking alternatives to new components amid supply chain constraints and extended maintenance turnaround times.

As the global A320neo fleet continues to expand, the availability of USM is becoming increasingly important for operators looking to manage maintenance costs, improve component availability and minimise aircraft downtime.
GA Telesis supports aftermarket requirements for both engine variants powering the A320neo Family: the CFM International LEAP-1A and the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G geared turbofan. This capability enables the company to serve operators across both engine platforms.
Through its Flight Solutions Group, GA Telesis provides aircraft components, inventory management and asset lifecycle services to airlines, aircraft lessors and maintenance providers worldwide.
The company did not disclose the sellers, aircraft serial numbers, or financial terms of the acquisitions.
