StandardAero Augusta joins Rolls-Royce authorized service centre network

StandardAero has added its Augusta, Georgia, facility to the Rolls-Royce Authorized Service Centre (ASC) network, expanding line maintenance support for Tay 611-8/8C and BR710 A1/C4 engines powering Gulfstream business jets.

The authorization enables operators of Tay- and BR710-powered Gulfstream G300, G400, GIV, GIV SP, G350, G450, GV, G500 and G550 aircraft covered by a Rolls-Royce CorporateCare contract to access on-site engine line maintenance at the Augusta facility. Services include line maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and engine removal and replacement, either independently of or alongside scheduled airframe maintenance.

The addition extends StandardAero’s support for Rolls-Royce CorporateCare customers across three US airframe service centres. Augusta will support the Tay 611-8/8C and BR710 A1/C4, while Springfield, Illinois, will support the Tay 611-8/8C. The Van Nuys, California, facility covers the Tay 611-8/8C, BR710 A1/A2/C4, and BR725 A1-12 engine series.

According to StandardAero, the authorization builds on investments in its Augusta operations, including a new hangar opened in August 2025 to support Gulfstream aircraft. The facility began providing Gulfstream inspections, repairs, and connectivity installations earlier this year.

Giovanni Spitale, President of StandardAero Business Aviation, said the expansion extends the company’s investment in Augusta and strengthens support for CorporateCare customers through its established relationship with Rolls-Royce.

Andy Robinson, Senior Vice President of Services – Business Aviation at Rolls-Royce, said adding Augusta to its network of more than 85 authorized service centres will improve regional access to technical support and help reduce potential aircraft downtime.

Chris Bodine, Vice President and General Manager of StandardAero Augusta, added that the authorization would allow the facility to provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-approved engine support on-site, helping reduce service turnaround times for eligible operators.

The new authorization complements StandardAero’s wider Rolls-Royce business aviation capabilities. The company operates as a Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Centre for Spey and Tay engine MRO in Dallas, Texas, and AE3007 engine MRO in Maryville, Tennessee. It is also authorized to provide line maintenance and aircraft-on-ground (AOG) mobile support for Spey, Tay, BR710, and AE3007 engines.

In addition to its Rolls-Royce capabilities, StandardAero Augusta provides airframe services for selected Bombardier Challenger, Dassault Falcon, Embraer Legacy, Hawker and Gulfstream aircraft. Its engine and auxiliary power unit (APU) maintenance portfolio includes heavy MRO for Honeywell HTF7000 and TFE731 engines and 36-series APUs, alongside line maintenance for selected AE3007, CF34, CFE738 and PW300 engine models.

The facility holds certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Brazil’s ANAC, Mexico’s AFAC, and several other national civil aviation authorities.
