SETNA iO has acquired a 2019-vintage Airbus A320neo airframe along with two sets of GTF PW1100 quick engine change (QEC) components as part of its efforts to expand its aircraft material portfolio.
The A320neo features the latest-generation avionics, cockpit systems and flight control surface technology. The aircraft will be dismantled at the ecube Solutions facility in Castellón, Spain, with its components recovered for further use.
The acquired QEC components include two integrated drive generators (IDGs), two IDG quick attach/disconnects (QADs), two hydraulic pumps and a range of other line-replaceable units (LRUs).

Following dismantling, the recovered components will be distributed through SETNA iO’s integrated global network. The company will supply used serviceable material and freshly repaired components to airlines, lessors and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers worldwide.
“This acquisition represents an excellent opportunity to deliver valuable material to airlines, lessors, and MROs around the world,” said David Chaimovitz, Founder and CEO of SETNA iO.
He added that the company remains focused on sourcing quality assets and supporting customers with the aircraft parts and materials required to maintain their fleets.
