Rosebank Engineering has entered into a proposed new open agreement with Lockheed Martin Australia to provide specialist engineering and maintenance support for the Australian Army’s UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter fleet.
Under the agreement, Rosebank Engineering will provide maintenance, repair, overhaul and engineering services as part of the Black Hawk sustainment network, supporting the Australian Army’s operational requirements.
The partnership will expand Australian industry participation in the sustainment of the Army’s Black Hawk fleet and contribute to the development of the country’s sovereign aerospace sustainment capability.

Rosebank Engineering brings around 50 years of Australian operational and engineering experience to the programme. Its inclusion in the sustainment network is expected to add further depth and flexibility to the maintenance and engineering support available for the Black Hawk fleet.
Lockheed Martin Australia said the partnership forms part of its broader effort to strengthen Australia’s sovereign sustainment ecosystem and increase local industry participation in supporting the Army’s UH-60M Black Hawks.
The agreement highlights the growing role of Australian industry in the long-term sustainment of the country’s military aviation assets, with local MRO and engineering capabilities becoming an increasingly important component of defence readiness.
