Azorra has named Gerard Ryan as Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Management, effective August 2026.
Ryan brings nearly 20 years of experience in aircraft and engine leasing, asset management, and commercial transactions. He joins Azorra from Willis Lease Finance Corporation, where he spent eight years managing an engine portfolio and supporting engine leasing and related transactions.
Before joining Willis, Ryan held roles covering transactions, lease management and insurance management at CDB Aviation, Aldus Aviation and AWAS.
At Azorra, Ryan will work on portfolio management activities covering the company’s aircraft and engine assets.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Limerick, a Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Marketing and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
