AMAC Aerospace Turkey has completed a range of line maintenance tasks on Dassault Falcon aircraft at its hangars in Istanbul, covering engine replacement, system troubleshooting, component repairs, and routine servicing.
A Dassault Falcon 2000 belonging to a new customer underwent an engine change after its original engine was returned from repair. The aircraft had been operating with a loan engine. Following installation of the original engine, AMAC Aerospace performed assurance runs and replaced damaged engine spools and an engine fire-extinguisher outlet pipe.
Additional work on the Falcon 2000 included replacement of an engine indication electronic display (EIED) screen, servicing of the hydraulic reservoirs, an engine oil change, and cleaning of the forward galley sink strainer.
A Dassault Falcon 900DX received a pneumatic door actuator replacement, an engine starter-generator brush check, and several out-of-phase maintenance tasks, including work on flashlights, tires, and database updates. Troubleshooting of the digital electronic engine control (DEEC) system identified a faulty wiring harness, which was replaced.
A privately owned Falcon 2000EX EASy underwent a general visual inspection and steering system check. The maintenance team replaced its servo valve and main wheel brake.

On a Falcon 7X, technicians configured the data transfer unit following a change in aircraft ownership and maintenance contract. A Falcon 2000S also received maintenance after a post-flight inspection identified hydraulic leakage at an aileron actuator. The actuator was replaced with a serviceable unit.
The work highlights AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s line maintenance activities across the Dassault Falcon business jet fleet, including engine-related maintenance, defect rectification, and aircraft system servicing.
