Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) has acquired an Airbus A320neo operated by Cebu Pacific, expanding its managed aircraft portfolio for Japan-based Fuyo General Lease and adding the Philippine airline as a new customer.
The aircraft, registered as RP-C4134 and carrying manufacturer serial number (MSN) 11143, is the first Cebu Pacific-operated aircraft to be included in Fuyo General Lease’s managed portfolio. The transaction strengthens Fuyo’s presence in the Asian narrowbody aircraft market while broadening the range of airline customers within its portfolio.
The A320neo acquisition also increases Fuyo’s exposure to new-generation aircraft, which are designed to offer improved fuel efficiency and operating economics compared with previous-generation narrowbody aircraft. For lessors, growing portfolios of newer-generation aircraft can support demand from airlines seeking modern fleet capacity as they manage fleet renewal and network expansion.

The addition of the Cebu Pacific-operated A320neo further diversifies the geographic and customer composition of Fuyo’s portfolio, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region, where demand for narrowbody aircraft continues to support leasing activity.
Cebu Pacific is one of the major airlines in the Philippines and operates a large fleet of Airbus narrowbody aircraft. The A320neo is part of Airbus’ new-generation A320 Family, incorporating updated engines and aerodynamic improvements aimed at reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
Financial details of ALM’s acquisition were not disclosed.
