AJW Middle East strengthens commercial leadership with Christoffer Creutz as CCO

AJW Group subsidiary AJW Middle East has appointed Christoffer Creutz as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its aviation aftermarket presence across the Middle East region.

The appointment comes at a significant phase of growth for AJW Middle East, as the company strengthens its capabilities in spare parts trading, asset leasing, teardown management, and inventory optimisation solutions for airlines and MRO providers operating across the region.

AJW Middle East has been steadily positioning itself as a key aftermarket support partner by leveraging extensive global inventory access and long-standing vendor supply chain partnerships to help operators improve operational efficiency while reducing maintenance and inventory costs.

Creutz brings more than 25 years of senior aviation industry experience spanning MRO operations, component support, asset management, and commercial leadership. His appointment is expected to further accelerate the company’s regional growth strategy as demand for efficient aftermarket support solutions continues to rise across Middle Eastern aviation markets.

He began his aviation career with Lufthansa Technik, where he developed extensive expertise in large-scale aviation aftermarket support and maintenance operations. He later joined Inflite-The Jet Centre as Managing Director, overseeing one of Europe’s largest independent authorised Embraer service centres at the time.

During his tenure, he managed line maintenance, base maintenance, and component support operations, strengthening the company’s operational capabilities and customer support network.

Creutz later established his own aviation business before successfully exiting the venture, further adding entrepreneurial experience to his extensive aviation leadership background. He subsequently moved into senior commercial and CEO-level positions within global MRO and aviation asset management organisations, handling profit-and-loss responsibilities across multiple international regions, including the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

His career has been defined by a strong combination of operational leadership, commercial strategy, and international market expansion expertise. Industry observers note that his broad experience across airline support services, parts trading, and aviation asset management aligns closely with AJW Middle East’s ongoing regional expansion plans.

As Middle Eastern carriers continue fleet expansion and operational growth, the region’s aviation aftermarket sector is witnessing increased demand for experienced leadership capable of navigating complex supply chain dynamics while delivering scalable aftermarket solutions.

With Creutz now joining the leadership team, AJW Middle East appears well-positioned to further strengthen its regional footprint and commercial capabilities in an increasingly competitive global MRO and aviation services market.
