ACIA Aero Leasing has delivered an ATR 72-600 to Spanish regional carrier Air Nostrum under a lease agreement, marking the lessor’s first transaction with the airline.
The aircraft, MSN 1099, is configured with 72 passenger seats and is scheduled to enter commercial service immediately, adding turboprop capacity to Air Nostrum’s regional network.
The delivery expands ACIA Aero Leasing’s presence among European airline customers while further diversifying its international lessee portfolio. The Dublin-based company specialises in regional aircraft leasing and lease management.

Air Nostrum expands regional fleet
Based in Valencia, Air Nostrum has operated regional services under the Iberia franchise for more than three decades. The newly delivered ATR 72-600 will supplement the airline’s existing fleet and provide additional capacity for shorter regional routes.
The transaction also strengthens the relationship between ACIA and the Spanish regional aviation market, as the lessor continues to expand its customer base across Europe.
With the aircraft entering service immediately, the lease provides Air Nostrum with additional capacity to support its regional operations while expanding ACIA’s portfolio of leased turboprop aircraft.
