Embraer’s 175 aircraft deliveries expand future aftermarket support base

Embraer delivered 175 aircraft in the first nine months of 2026, expanding the installed fleet that will require maintenance, parts and lifecycle support as more aircraft enter commercial, executive and defence operations.

Embraer delivered 66 aircraft in the third quarter of 2026, up 6% year-over-year and 2% from the previous quarter. The result was the company’s strongest third-quarter delivery performance to date and brought year-to-date deliveries 14% above the 153 aircraft delivered during the same period in 2025.

The growing delivery base provides an expanding aftermarket opportunity across Embraer’s commercial, executive and defence aircraft portfolios. As new aircraft accumulate flight hours and enter scheduled maintenance cycles, operators will require parts, components, technical support and other lifecycle services.

Commercial deliveries expand E-Jet support base

Embraer’s Commercial Aviation business delivered 22 aircraft during the third quarter, comprising 11 E175s and 11 E2 family aircraft. The quarterly total was 10% higher than the corresponding periods used for comparison.

The additional aircraft increase the number of Embraer jets entering airline fleets and, over time, will contribute to demand for scheduled maintenance, component support, spare parts and engineering services.

The E-Jet and E2 fleets also provide a growing installed base for Embraer’s aftermarket organisation and its wider network of authorised service providers and suppliers. As operators build flight hours on newly delivered aircraft, maintenance requirements will progressively shift from entry-into-service support towards routine inspections, component replacement and other lifecycle activities.

Executive and defence deliveries add to lifecycle demand

Executive Aviation delivered 41 business jets during the quarter, maintaining the same level as the corresponding period a year earlier. Continued production activity adds to the installed base of Phenom, Praetor and other Embraer executive aircraft requiring maintenance and technical support.

Defence & Security delivered one KC-390 Millennium and two A-29 Super Tucanos during the quarter. These deliveries add to the long-term sustainment requirements associated with military aircraft, including fleet maintenance, components, technical support and logistics.

Embraer expects to deliver 80–85 commercial aircraft and 160–170 executive aircraft in 2026. Continued deliveries across the three business areas will therefore expand the number of aircraft requiring aftermarket support over their operational lifecycles.

For MRO providers, parts suppliers and maintenance organisations within the Embraer ecosystem, the expanding installed base provides a longer-term source of demand as these aircraft progress through their maintenance cycles.

The 175 aircraft delivered through September therefore represent more than a production milestone: they also increase the future aftermarket support base across Embraer’s commercial, executive and defence fleets.
