PTC Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies Ltd. (ATL), has signed a landmark agreement with Airbus to develop, manufacture and supply fully machined, ready-to-fit titanium castings for the aircraft manufacturer’s A320neo, A330neo and A350 commercial aircraft programmes.
The agreement marks a major milestone for Aerolloy, positioning the company as a supplier of high-value structural components for some of the world’s most widely operated commercial aircraft while reinforcing India’s growing presence in the global aerospace supply chain.
Titanium components for Airbus
Under the agreement, Aerolloy will manufacture precision titanium castings for Airbus‘ narrow-body A320neo family as well as the wide-body A330neo and A350 programmes. Unlike conventional component suppliers, the company will undertake the complete manufacturing process in-house, from raw material production and titanium melting to casting, precision machining, inspection and delivery of ready-to-install components.
All production will be carried out at Aerolloy’s integrated manufacturing facility in Lucknow, using the company’s proprietary PTC ONE manufacturing model, which combines multiple manufacturing capabilities under one roof.

The vertically integrated approach is expected to provide Airbus with greater supply chain reliability, enhanced quality control and improved production efficiency while reducing dependence on multiple suppliers across different manufacturing stages.
Validation of India’s advanced manufacturing capability
The Airbus agreement is widely seen as an important validation of Aerolloy’s advanced metallurgical and manufacturing capabilities. Over the past few years, PTC Industries has invested significantly in specialised infrastructure, including vacuum melting, titanium casting, precision machining and advanced inspection systems, to build a fully integrated aerospace materials ecosystem.
The new Airbus contract represents the commercialisation of these investments and demonstrates that Indian manufacturers are increasingly capable of producing complex aerospace-grade titanium components that meet the stringent quality and certification standards required by global aircraft manufacturers.
