Werner Aero has acquired an Embraer E190 aircraft, MSN 19000050, for dismantling and component recovery, expanding its portfolio of aircraft assets and supporting its aviation aftermarket parts business.
The aircraft has been delivered to Toulouse Francazal Airport in France, where it will undergo dismantling. Werner Aero will add the recovered serviceable components to its spare parts inventory for distribution to airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and other aviation aftermarket customers.
The acquisition strengthens Werner Aero’s presence in the Embraer E-Jet aftermarket segment, where demand for replacement components supports aircraft maintenance and continued operations. By recovering serviceable parts from retired aircraft, dismantling operations can provide operators and maintenance providers with an additional source of components.
