Eléonore Tramus will lead CRMA Aero Repair as the engine component MRO specialist expands its repair capabilities, including for LEAP engine parts.
CRMA is one of AFI KLM E&M’s Centers of Excellence for engine component repair, with its activities focused on developing and industrializing repair solutions for aircraft engine parts.
Tramus began her career at Safran Aircraft Engines before joining the Air France-KLM Group in 2010. She has since held roles across the group’s airline and MRO operations.
Within AFI KLM E&M, she served as Director, Engines Product Network and Development, where she worked on engine repair development and product strategy, including projects involving CRMA.
She subsequently held strategic, commercial and operational positions within Air France-KLM’s airline businesses, including Asia MEGI Network Planning Director. Her most recent position was General Manager for the East Mediterranean region, covering Italy, Greece, Turkey and Israel, and based in Rome.

At CRMA, Tramus will work with the company’s teams on the continued development of its repair activities. A key focus will be the further industrialisation of repair solutions, particularly for LEAP engine components, while expanding capabilities in response to customer requirements.
The appointment also supports AFI KLM E&M’s wider engine MRO strategy, which emphasises component repair as an alternative to replacement to help reduce engine maintenance costs.
