Q – Being a member of the Dassault MRO Network Execujet MRO Services has seen enormous potential for the “Dassault Falcon 2000 super mid-size aircraft in the Asian markets”, especially South-East Asia. What further role does Execujet MRO see itself playing in this region for the Dassault jets?

Ans – ExecuJet MRO Services Asia is principally an MRO company with the primary purpose of providing aircraft maintenance support to all Dassault clients and operators in Asia as well as to Dassault operators from other regions that are flying their aircraft into Asia. We envisage to be a one-stop shop to assist clients and operators in all their maintenance and technical requirements encompassing line, base maintenance, aircraft pre-purchase inspections, CAMO services, cabin interior refurbishments and avionics upgrades or modifications. Our job is to service Falcons for our clients based in the region as well as for Falcon clients from other regions that fly into Asia. We support all the latest models including the Falcon 7X, Falcon 8X, Falcon 2000 series and the Falcon 900 series.

Q – Can you explain our readers about the Collins Aerospace Corporate Aircraft Service Program (CASP) and how ExecuJet MRO assures maximum aircraft dispatch ability while eliminating financial risk?

Ans – CASP, which is provided by Collins Aerospace, is a price-per-flight-hour based maintenance program for Collins Aerospace avionics and cabin equipped aircraft. This allows aircraft operators to minimize financial disruptions due to unforeseen or unplanned maintenance events, by allowing an annual upfront payment which can then be budgeted for. Just to illustrate, the CASP program comes with unlimited part exchanges all for that one annual fee which have been paid for. ExecuJet MRO Services Asia, as an authorized dealer for Collins Aerospace, interfaces with operators for the subscription of this maintenance program and providing end-to-end service in terms of parts procurement and installation.

Q – ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia completed a 2C heavy maintenance check on a Dassault Falcon 2000 at its facility in Subang Airport. Will we see more of these collaborations in the region for the Falcon series?

Ans – Certainly. ExecuJet MRO Services Asia is currently expanding its capacity with the construction of a brand-new MRO facility at Subang Airport, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia slated for completion by 2023’s fourth quarter. Significant investments have been made into Falcon tooling and engineers’ training for the last couple of years plus the availability of skilled Falcon-experienced engineers makes us particularly attractive to Falcon operators in Asia. The strong technical support provided within the Dassault MRO Network is one of the key ingredients in making this facility an option for our Asian clients to have heavy base checks accomplished.

Q – Execujet offers 24 hour Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) support for the aircraft managed by the company, what challenges are faced considering the factors such as location and aircraft type when executing services?

Ans – ExecuJet MRO Services Asia does not manage any aircraft because we are an MRO company owned by Dassault Aviation. ExecuJet MRO Services Asia offers the same 24-hour AOG support to all customers and operators in the region. There are multitude of factors that could turn a standard AOG event into a prolonged matter such as: parts shipping, location and the country’s regulations such as visa turnaround time and airport restrictions. Having been operating in this region many years, ExecuJet MRO Services Asia is able to manage these requirements to ensure aircraft are airborne as fast as possible.
