Textron Aviation delivers Cessna SkyCourier Combi to Everts Air
The Cessna SkyCourier is designed and manufactured by Textron Aviation.

The recipient of this aircraft is Everts Air, a prominent Part 135 operator based in Alaska, specializing in passenger, cargo, and charter services across the region.

Textron Aviation has officially commenced deliveries of the initial Cessna SkyCourier twin-engine utility turboprop featuring a Combi interior conversion. The recipient of this aircraft is Everts Air, a prominent Part 135 operator based in Alaska, specializing in passenger, cargo, and charter services across the region. 

The Cessna SkyCourier is designed and manufactured by Textron Aviation Inc. Everts Air also operates under Part 121 regulations, extending its services to cargo operations and on-demand charter flights spanning North, Central, and South America, along with the Caribbean Islands.

Lannie O’Bannion, senior vice president of sales and Flight Operations, Textron Aviation said  “The Cessna SkyCourier’s new Combi option demonstrates the aircraft’s ability to meet the versatile mission profiles of our customers around the world, We are grateful that longtime Cessna customers like Everts Air recognize the value in our products as business tools and their capability in serving customers.”

In May 2024, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued certification for the SkyCourier Combi interior configuration. This newly certified option enhances the versatility of the 19-seat passenger variant of the aircraft by enabling operators to configure the interior to accommodate both passengers and cargo simultaneously. Alongside existing options like the gravel kit and full freighter conversion, the Combi conversion broadens the aircraft’s utility across diverse global markets and a range of missions. It caters specifically to customers including government agencies, law enforcement, military entities, corporations, and humanitarian organizations.

The aircraft will be integrated into Everts Air Alaska’s Part 135 fleet, which currently includes a Cessna SkyCourier freighter variant and six Cessna Caravans. the Cessna SkyCourier is a versatile twin-engine utility turboprop aircraft manufactured by Textron Aviation. It is designed to handle various missions including passenger transport, cargo delivery, and special missions such as medevac and surveillance. The aircraft features a robust construction and is powered by Pratt & Whitney PT6A-65SC engines, known for their reliability and performance in demanding environments.
