Syensqo extends long-term materials supply partnership with Airbus

Syensqo has signed a multi-year supply agreement with Airbus to continue supplying advanced composite materials and adhesives for the manufacturer’s commercial aircraft, Defence & Space, and Helicopters programmes.

Under the agreement, Syensqo will supply a broad portfolio of aerospace materials, including prepregs, resin transfer moulding (RTM) resins, structural adhesives and primers. These materials will support the production of Airbus aircraft and aerospace platforms across multiple business segments.

The renewed contract further strengthens the long-standing collaboration between the two companies and highlights Syensqo’s role as a strategic supplier of advanced materials to the global aerospace industry.

Commenting on the agreement, Rodrigo Elizondo, president of Syensqo Composite Materials, said; “Syensqo is proud to continue supporting Airbus programs through this new supply agreement. This contract reflects our long-standing commitment to the aerospace industry and reinforces our position as a trusted partner to one of the sector’s leading OEMs. We look forward to deepening our commercial and technical collaboration with Airbus as we work together to support the future growth of aerospace manufacturing.”
