Victor Kriger has taken over as Chief Financial Officer at Summit Aviation, effective July 27. He will oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting and decision support.
Kriger’s appointment comes as part of a planned leadership transition ahead of the retirement of Joyce Price Morales, who has served Summit Aviation for more than 39 years. Kriger and Morales will work together during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
Kriger brings more than 17 years of experience in financial strategy, planning and decision support across the aerospace, pharmaceutical and biologics industries. He began his career in aerospace and spent more than 13 years supporting multiple programs within Boeing’s Vertical Lift division in Philadelphia.
Before joining Summit Aviation, Kriger served as finance director for a $100 million operating company at W.L. Gore & Associates. His responsibilities included strategy execution, mergers and acquisitions integration, financial oversight, reporting and initiatives focused on business performance and profitability.

Summit Aviation said the leadership transition will support continuity in its financial planning and business operations as Morales concludes her tenure with the company.
