Topcast has appointed Steen Karsbo as Executive Director, bringing more than four decades of experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket to the company’s leadership team.
Karsbo has held senior leadership positions at Satair and Airbus, and has been closely associated with Topcast since 2020, serving as a Board member and advisor. His extensive aftermarket expertise, global industry relationships and knowledge of Topcast’s business are expected to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen its commercial capabilities.
The appointment comes as Topcast continues to expand its presence across the aviation aftermarket and build relationships with leading OEMs and customers. The company recently announced an exclusive distribution partnership with AmSafe covering Greater China, complemented by localized repair support through its Shanghai facility.

In his expanded role, Karsbo will work closely with Topcast’s management team to further develop the company’s platform, strengthen OEM partnerships and expand its portfolio of aftermarket solutions across Asia-Pacific and other international markets.
The appointment reflects Topcast’s focus on combining experienced industry leadership with an expanding regional aftermarket network as demand for reliable distribution, repair and support solutions continues to grow.
