StandardAero has signed a multi-year agreement with aircraft lessor Avolon to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for CFM International LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines supporting the lessor’s global customer base.
The agreement, signed under StandardAero’s LeaseTEAM programme, gives Avolon non-exclusive access to a range of LEAP engine maintenance solutions for engines powering the Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX families.
Avolon‘s current portfolio includes approximately 150 Airbus A320neo aircraft and 54 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, making it an important addition to its aftermarket support strategy.

The partnership is designed to provide greater maintenance flexibility and engine shop capacity for Avolon’s airline customers, helping improve fleet availability and operational efficiency.
As part of the agreement, Avolon customers will also benefit from priority access to engine maintenance slots to minimise aircraft downtime, along with fixed-price options for selected LEAP engine maintenance events, providing greater cost predictability and streamlined maintenance planning.
