Matthias Düllmann has played a significant role in shaping SR Technics’ strategy and leading the company’s transformation towards becoming an engine-focused MRO company.
SR Technics, a renowned MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) service provider, has announced that Matthias Düllmann, the current CFO of the company, will take over as CEO effective from July 1, 2023. This transition follows the decision of Jean-Marc Lenz, the current CEO, to step down and assume a part-time senior advisory role within SR Technics. Matthias Düllmann joined SR Technics in 2017 and has held various leadership positions within the company. The nominations of Remo Voehringer as CFO and Owen McClave as COO will also take effect on July 1, 2023.
Jean-Marc Lenz, CEO, SR Technics said, “With Matthias Düllmann, an experienced leader takes over the management function who is very well prepared to lead SR Technics in the growth process and to further develop the organization. During his tenure at SR Technics, Matthias Düllmann served as the Global Head of Controlling for two years before assuming the role of CFO in 2019. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Düllmann has played a significant role in shaping SR Technics’ strategy and leading the company’s transformation towards becoming an engine-focused MRO company. Prior to joining SR Technics, Düllmann worked at a leading consulting firm and held various leadership positions, including Managing Director and CFO.

With Matthias Düllmann’s promotion to CEO, his current position as CFO will be assumed by Remo Voehringer, who currently serves as the Vice President of Controlling at SR Technics. Remo has been with the company since 2009, holding various finance leadership positions. Additionally, Owen McClave, the current Senior Vice President of Operations, will be nominated as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). McClave brings with him several decades of experience in the aerospace industry.
