His distinguished career includes key roles at Air France – KLM, where he served as the Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, and Communications. His experience spans various facets of MRO, with notable positions such as Director of Component Repair at KLM and Product Sales Director for Air France Industries. In 2020, Metz ventured into the realm of sustainable aviation solutions, contributing his expertise to Smart Airport Systems. Subsequently, he founded Strategy2Fly, a consultancy firm aimed at driving innovation in the aviation sector.
