Spartech LLC introduces a new sheet grade in their Royalite family, called Royalite R105. This soft, vinyl foam-laminated FR PVC/Acrylic thermoformable sheet offers advantages such as low weight and fire protection. Moreover, this new aircraft material passes FAR 25.853 (a)(i) at 0.125 inches. Additionally, it meets FAR 25.853 (a)(ii) at 0.125 inches.
Royalite R105 is part of the RoyalAero collection from Spartech LLC. This sheet resists staining, discoloration, and cracking, meeting heat deflection temperature requirements. Additionally, it is available in thicknesses from 0.047 inches to 0.375 inches. Primarily, Royalite R105 sheets are used in aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, and seat components. Furthermore, the R105 Soft Touch offers a luxury option with a scratch-resistant surface and an elegant, timeless look. It is also available in a range of colors.
