SMBC Aviation Capital has delivered a solo Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, to Air India with two CFM International’s CFM LEAP-1B27 engines in Seattle, USA making it the first of seven 737-8 MAX aircraft to be delivered to Air India.

SMBC Aviation Capital, in cooperation with Air India, marked the delivery of a Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, with Manufacturer Serial Number 60916, along with two CFM International’s CFM LEAP-1B27 engines in Seattle, USA. This is the first of seven 737-8 MAX aircraft to be delivered to Air India under a sale and leaseback agreement.
