SMBC Aviation Capital has successfully delivered an Airbus A321-271NX aircraft, equipped with two Pratt & Whitney PW1133G-JM engines, to Turkish Airlines. This delivery is part of a larger transaction between SMBC Aviation Capital and Turkish Airlines, involving a portfolio of ten aircraft in total. The delivered aircraft, with Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 11390, was stationed at the Airbus delivery center in Hamburg, Germany, before its handover to Turkish Airlines.

This delivery marks the ninth aircraft out of a ten-aircraft contract between SMBC Aviation Capital and Turkish Airlines. The transaction includes three A320-200N and seven A321-200NX aircraft, all part of a direct order with Airbus.

These deliveries underline SMBC Aviation Capital’s commitment to supporting Turkish Airlines’ fleet expansion and modernization efforts.
