Flair Airlines expands its fleet with the acquisition of advanced Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft from SMBC Aviation Capital in Sale and Leaseback Agreement

SMBC Aviation Capital announces the successful handover of a Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft (MSN 43973) fitted with two CFM LEAP-1B27 engines to Flair Airlines Ltd.

The Boeing facilities in Seattle, USA, served as the delivery location for the aircraft and its accompanying engines.

This particular aircraft is the initial unit out of two 737-8 MAX units being delivered to Flair Airlines as part of a sale and lease back arrangement between the airline and SMBC Aviation Capital.
