Safran to support APU generators of Air France Industries KLM E&M customer Airbus A320 family fleet.
Under the terms of the agreement, Safran Electrical & Power will undertake the repair of the APU Generators at its facility in Pitstone, United Kingdom.

Safran and AFI KLM E&M have entered into a General Term Agreement and a Power By the Hour contract to maintain APU Generators for more than 300 Airbus A320 and A320neo jets.

Safran and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) have entered into a General Term Agreement and a Power By the Hour contract to maintain Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Generators. These agreements, spanning a period of five years, will cover more than 300 Airbus A320 and A320neo aircraft operated by one of AFI KLM E&M’s customer airlines in the Asia-Pacific region. Under the terms of the agreement, Safran Electrical & Power will undertake the repair of the APU Generators at its facility in Pitstone, United Kingdom. The aim is to provide state-of-the-art repair services with a seamless workflow and quick turnaround time, supporting the operations of AFI KLM E&M and its subsidiary.

The collaboration between Safran and AFI KLM E&M signifies a strong partnership between two industry leaders.
