Safran Nacelles recently received two awards from Republic Airways. Every year, Republic Airways grants 10 awards to its best suppliers. Safran’s awards were for the recognition of excellence in after-sales support and AOG* support, and the other directly awarded to Ryan Brady, Customer Support Director and Field Service Engineer for his exceptional services to the company. These awards acknowledge the professionalism and commitment of the entire team dedicated to its clients in the United States, France, the United Arab Emirates, and China.

Safran Nacelles Services Americas is located at Plainfield next to the Indianapolis Airport and to Republic Airways’ base of operations. Such proximity offers Safran Nacelles the possibility to quickly go to their customer’s site to deliver support by answering technical questions or by checking the equipment directly under the wing, alongside the company’s maintenance operators. This close relationship is of particular importance when the airline experiences AOG incidents.
