Safran Landing Systems has announced a new strategic partnership with Aequs Limited to strengthen its global supply chain and expand manufacturing capabilities in India.
Under the agreement, beginning in 2029, Aequs will provide end-to-end manufacturing services for selected Airbus A320 Family aircraft wheels. The scope of work will include raw material sourcing, machining and coating operations.
The partnership is aimed at enhancing the resilience and efficiency of Safran Landing Systems’ global supplier network while ensuring high standards of quality, performance and customer support.

Safran said the collaboration will help deliver reliable, competitive and on-time solutions to aircraft manufacturers and airline customers, while reinforcing its long-term commitment to building a stronger and more agile aerospace supply chain.
The announcement was made during the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, where Safran welcomed Aequs as a trusted strategic partner.
