26 November 2020: Sabena Technics have recently acquired Aeromecanic in an attempt to pursue their external growth strategy and to increase their presence in the military helicopter maintenance market.
Aeromecanic is based at Marignane airport and provides maintenance services for military aircraft and helicopters. The company has industrial facilities close to Airbus Helicopters, including more than 3000 m² of hangar as well as workshops: engines, sheet metal work, avionics, wheels & brakes and painting.
