Ryanair rated ‘Excellent’ in service by 91 per cent of their passengers

About 91 per cent of the passengers surveyed and rated Ryanair using Ryanair’s Rate My Flight feature as ‘Excellent/Very Good /Good’.

11 October 2020: In a recent survey made by Ryanair, about 98 per cent of their flights arrived on-time. Ryanair carried about 5.1 million passengers in September.

Ryanair’s Dara Brady said, “We welcome this feedback, which encourages us to continuously improve our customer service. In fact, this is particularly important during these times of Covid, when we are regularly assessing the effectiveness of our new health and safety measures and as we continue to work with our people to ensure our guidelines are followed.”

About 91 per cent of the passengers surveyed and rated Ryanair using Ryanair’s Rate My Flight feature as ‘Excellent/Very Good /Good’. This included various parameters like Ryanair’s new health and safety guidelines, crew friendliness, onboard service, boarding and range of food & drinks. The feature allowed the passenger to provide real-time reviews of their flights via the Ryanair app and email
