Aircraft leasing and asset management company RIVE Private Investment has signed a framework agreement with Safran Helicopter Engines to enhance technical support and lifecycle management across its managed helicopter fleet.
The agreement covers programme management services and access to technical data for all Safran helicopter engines operated within RIVE’s fleet, providing long-term maintenance visibility and strengthening support throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
The partnership is aimed at improving fleet availability for operators while preserving aircraft residual values and ensuring smoother transitions between lease operators. By establishing a direct relationship with the OEM, RIVE will benefit from enhanced access to technical expertise and maintenance documentation, enabling more efficient planning and support for its leased assets.
For leased helicopters, engine maintenance plays a critical role in operational reliability, asset value retention, and lifecycle management. The agreement reinforces RIVE’s strategy of integrating technical support with its leasing solutions to deliver greater value to operators throughout the ownership and leasing cycle.
RIVE currently manages a fleet of more than 90 mission-critical aircraft, and the latest collaboration reflects its continued focus on strengthening aftermarket support through closer engagement with original equipment manufacturers.
