Ontario-based air ambulance and critical care transport provider Ornge has successfully implemented Ramco Systems’ Digital Task Card with eSign-off and Mechanic Anywhere Mobile Application across all its maintenance bases.
The rollout marks a major step in Ornge’s digital transformation, replacing paper-based maintenance task cards with a mobile-enabled, paperless workflow across its AW-139 and PC-12 fleets.
Ramco Systems Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Ramco Systems Limited, said its eSign-off solution enables technicians to execute and digitally sign maintenance tasks in real time while meeting Transport Canada’s sign-off compliance requirements. As part of the implementation, Ornge migrated its existing task cards into an eSign-off-ready format, and introduced Work Summary Reports to support audit and regulatory compliance.
Through the Mechanic Anywhere application, Ornge technicians can access maintenance documentation, complete work steps and perform digital sign-offs from any location. The system also provides maintenance and quality teams with near-real-time visibility into work progress, task completion, and sign-off status.

Manoj Kumar Singh, Chief Customer Officer – Aviation, Aerospace & Defense at Ramco Systems, said Ornge’s implementation demonstrates the shift towards mobile-first and paperless aviation maintenance operations.
The deployment strengthens Ornge’s digital maintenance capabilities while supporting standardised work execution, improved visibility and compliance across its maintenance operations.
