Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) has successfully finalized the sale of aviation assets to multiple buyers. The transactions involved the sale of an E195 airframe to APS, along with two PW127M/F engines to NTE Aviation, and three CF34-10E engines to an undisclosed purchaser. These arrangements were facilitated by NAC Materials, underscoring their role in managing these aircraft and engine sales.

APS operates as the licensed propeller overhaul facility for Collins Aerospace propeller systems across the Americas and Asia. Specializing in airframe component trading for E170, E190, and ATR platforms, APS also excels in engineering and machining small to mid-size components. Consequently, With operational bases in Chicago, USA, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Malaysia, APS offers extensive support for various needs within the regional aircraft market.

Established in 2001, NTE Aviation was founded by experts in turbine engine operations, overhaul support, and finance. Furthermore, their specialties include inventory management within the aviation industry. Additionally, the company’s core mission is to offer independent overhaul shops and operators alternative sources for high-quality serviceable aircraft materials. Moreover, this commitment underscores NTE Aviation’s role in supporting the aviation industry’s maintenance and operational needs.

NAC aims to lead regional aircraft leasing, unique with orders for new ATR turboprops and Airbus A220s.
