MDH Advances Global Service Network and Prepares Upgrades for Super N, D, E Models by 2025.
Ryan Weeks promoted to President of MD Helicopters LLC, leading fleet support and operational enhancements.
MD Helicopters LLC (MDH) has promoted Ryan Weeks to president, effective immediately. He will oversee MDH’s day-to-day operations. Concurrently, Brad Pedersen will remain as chief executive officer, focusing on strategic initiatives alongside the Board of Directors. Moreover, MDH has achieved significant enhancements in supporting its operational fleet. This includes augmenting spares volume, increasing repair and overhaul activities, and ensuring timely AOG shipments. Additionally, The spare parts inventory health has shown continuous improvement, and MDH remains steadfast in its goal to achieve a 95% fulfillment rate for the top 1,000 part numbers within 48 hours of order placement.
Board Chairman, Ed Dolanski, said, “MD Helicopters continues to be deeply committed to strengthening our support for our customers around the world, In a short two years, Ryan and Brad have drastically improved our Aftermarket Operations and we aim to continue to ensure the fielded fleet is the strongest it’s ever been.”
MD Helicopters LLC has made significant strides in enhancing spare parts and repair & overhaul availability. Additionally, its global network of service centers and parts retailers has undergone substantial improvements, now comprising 40 strategically selected members worldwide to support the MDH fleet. Furthermore, MDH is currently developing upgrades for the Super N, Super D, and Super E models. The company plans to launch these enhancements in 2025.
