Lufthansa Technik will support LOT with two lease engines In addition to the eleven planned overhauls to ensure the airline’s operational stability.
LOT Polish Airlines and Lufthansa Technik have joined forces together for the Engine Maintenance Services (EMS) contract for CFM56-7B engines of the airline’s Boeing 737NG fleet. With the initial overhaul, which has recently commenced at Lufthansa Technik’s principal facility, the MRO provider will execute eleven scheduled overhauls. Additionally, two leased engines will be provided by Lufthansa Technik to ensure the operational continuity of LOT Airlines.

LOT Polish Airlines, commonly known as LOT, is the flag carrier of Poland. LOT offers a range of cabin classes including Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class. They provide in-flight entertainment, meals, and other amenities on long-haul flights.
