Lufthansa Technik has made leadership appointments at its subsidiaries in Alzey, Germany, and the Philippines with Rubin Siddique as the new CEO at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey and Holger Beck as the President & CEO of LTP.

Lufthansa Technik, a global leader in technical aircraft services, has recently made key leadership appointments at its subsidiaries in Alzey, Germany, and the Philippines. Effective from 1st April, Rubin Siddique has assumed the role of CEO at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey, a specialized facility for turbofan and turboprop engine maintenance near Frankfurt, Germany. Rubin Siddique takes over from Matthias Gruber, who has transitioned to Eurowings Technik as the Head of Technical Fleet Management Eurowings and Managing Director.

This change was initiated early, replacing Holger Beck, who now serves as the Head of Aircraft Maintenance Service Asia at Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) from 1st April. On 1st June, Holger Beck will further step into the role of President & CEO of LTP, which specializes in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of Airbus A330, A340, A380, and Boeing 777 aircraft. Holger Beck’s appointment follows the retirement of Elmar Lutter, who served in various roles within the Lufthansa Group for 34 years and managed LTP for seven years.

The Lufthansa Technik Group stands as a prominent provider of technical aircraft services globally, employing over 22,000 professionals across numerous certified maintenance, manufacturing, and development facilities worldwide. The organization caters to commercial, VIP, and special mission aircraft, offering a comprehensive range of services encompassing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification of entire aircraft, engines, components, and landing gear. Additionally, Lufthansa Technik is involved in manufacturing innovative cabin products and providing digital fleet support services.

These leadership changes reflect Lufthansa Technik’s commitment to effective management and strategic growth across its global network of subsidiaries. The appointments of Rubin Siddique, Holger Beck, and Matthias Gruber signal a focus on continuity, expertise, and leadership excellence within the organization’s operational framework.
