Liebherr-Singapore, Liebherr-Aerospace’s dedicated service center for the Asia-Pacific region, will provide all material support and component maintenance services for China Airlines.
Liebherr-Aerospace, the OEM that provides comprehensive aircraft system solutions, has recently signed a long-term agreement with China Airlines to provide repair support services for a wide range of air conditioning and bleed system components installed on the latter’s fleet of 25 Airbus A321neo.
Under the agreement, Liebherr-Singapore, Liebherr-Aerospace’s dedicated service center for the Asia-Pacific region, will provide all material support and component maintenance services for China Airlines. This partnership reinforces the strong relationship between the two companies that have been built up over many years.
“We really appreciate Liebherr’s service and place our trust and confidence in the company. We want to continue our long-term partnership and thus decided to choose Liebherr as our service provider for the component support on our new Airbus A321neo fleet,” said Jason Tsai, Vice President Engineering, China Airlines.
China Airlines, the largest airline in Taiwan, is headquartered in Taoyuan International Airport and operates short, medium, and long-haul services to international and intercontinental destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania. The airline’s subsidiaries include Tigerair Taiwan and Mandarin Airlines.
