Prior to joining SR Technics, Mr. Lump worked for Chromalloy as the Global Director on their Small Engine Market Segment and advancement of critical engine fixes.
Leonard “Bo” Lump has more than 23 years of involvement as an Executive in the aviation and aeronautics industry having worked in the space of Aerospace Design, Manufacturing, and the Aftermarket on both Engine and Airframes. Having most as of late served in the Executive Team for ITS as the Global Vice President of Sales and Product Line thinking up the organization’s system and driving the association’s worldwide development on Airframe and Engine components support to the Airlines.

Mr. Leonard Lump started his career in the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Northern Arizona University. Bo is a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and also a LEAN Advocate.
